My first oven of its kind and a pleasant experience with Zulay's version has made me a fan. It's operation is very intuitive and the clearly written instruction booklet only supports this. The spacious interior is well-lit and easy to clean. A most impressive feature is the sound level of the unit while in use. Based on reviews for other convection ovens, I was expecting something similar to that of a hand-held hair dryer, but I was pleasantly surprised at the low hum of this toaster oven.I've not experienced the hot knob issues I also read about with other brands. The knobs on Zulay's oven while warm were not at any point too hot to touch, and I use the broiler at 450 degrees. Admittedly, I've yet to use other features of the oven, particularly baking or air frying, so I'll update as soon as I do.All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.
